When you request an estimate, we collect your name, email, project location, and the optional phone number and project details you provide. We use this information to review your request and communicate about your project. Please do not submit payment details or other sensitive information.
Hosting and delivery
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores submitted estimate requests. Resend delivers request notifications to Tremor. These providers process information needed to operate and secure their services. Technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, may be processed for security and spam prevention. A temporary hashed identifier helps limit repeated submissions.
Preferences and links
The website stores your language choice in your browser. It does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Images and fonts are served with the website. External links, including social media and email services, are governed by their providers’ policies.
Your requests
To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact hello@tremorsiding.com. Include enough detail to identify your inquiry, but do not send sensitive documents. Crew inquiries sent by email are handled through Tremor’s email inboxes.
